St. Gregory of Nyssa

The son of two saints, Basil and Emmilia, St. Gregory of Nyssa grew up with his older brother, St. Basil the Great, in modern-day Turkey. Though his scholarship is sometimes disputed, he is one of the great contributors to the mystical tradition in Christian spirituality.
